The Division 2 beta is nearing quickly, we are here to get you ready to blast your way through the streets of Washington and to take control of those Dark Zones. Here is what you should keep in mind while trying to get your chance to play the beta.

The content in the beta will be more than enough to get the gist of the full experience the game will have to offer. During the beta, players will have access to a few story missions along with a special mission. The option to take on side missions are also involved in your playthrough of the beta.

We will have access to only one Dark Zone, yes one, meaning that there are more than one Dark Zones in the full game, which is definitely exciting. Players will have access to the east PVP zone which may be revealed to be the low level zone of the three, but we have yet to see.

Something new being added to The Division 2 is a new game mode, that being of skirmish. It’s nothing new in terms of video games, but it’s essentially a 4v4 team death match mode that invites fast-paced gameplay, strategy, and chaos.

End-game material will be added to the beta as well, Invaded missions are what will hopefully keep players engaged after the main story has been completed. These missions are supposed to be significantly more difficult and offers some gorgeous loot if completed.

The Division 2 open beta officially starts on March 1st, at about 4 a.m EST, ending on March 4th, and will be playable on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Downloading the beta will take about 50 GB, so be sure to clear up some space ahead of time if needed.

This beta can be preloaded in advance so be sure to check the time for your correct area on the map above for when you’ll be able to download.

Date of official release is being set for March 15, 2019, again on all the main platforms.

The Division 2 will hopefully be the game we all were hoping the first one would be, the world seems to be a lot more involved and lively. PVP has been changed for the better, and the PVE aspect of the game has become more of an experience to look forward to. What are your thoughts on the new game? Do you have plans to download, or even buy the game on release? Let us know!
